SALES / DESIGNER

  • Handle Customer Enquiry and Prepared Quotation.

  • Propose Design Plan and advice to Customer.

  • Coordination works for the project progress. 

  • Meet Sales Target & KIP.

  • Liaise & co-ordinate with client, in house production team and suppliers.

  • Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are complete on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard.

  • Negotiate with supplier and recommend suitable price, to immediate superior for approval.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in kitchen cabinet or interior design industry. 

  • Able to Speak Mandarin is an advantage

  • Good Communication Skill

  • Self Motivated and Self Driven. 

  • Good Organisation and Time Management Skill. 

  • Skill Requirement Microsoft Office, Sketch Up, 3D Max or Auto CAD.

  • Preferably Able to Start Work Immediately.

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

INTERIOR DRAFTER

  • Responsible for conceptualizing and developing all designs to convey specific messages to the audience

  • Utilize appropriate designing and authoring tools to prepare and develop animations, interactive contents etc

  • Able to efficiently create 3D textures and lighting effects

  • Prepare and review sketches with Sales Designers

  • Ensure final designs comply with quality standards

  • Provide support with ad-hoc projects or tasks to develop proof of concepts, publicity or marketing materials, video production

Requirement

  • Experience with 3D modelling, lighting and animation

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative suite (Adobe Premiere, Aftereffects, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3DS Max

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and 3D modelling / rendering software

  • Meticulous and creative

  • Confident communicator with self-initiative to fulfil all tasks within a given deadline

SITE SUPERVISOR

  • To ensure optimum utilization of manpower for project.

  • To ensure materials and work done at site are properly handled, stored, protected and in accordance to Construction Drawings.

  • To ensure work completed within schedule / stipulated time frame (Manpower, material, time frame).

  • Monitor work carried out by sub-contractors at site.

  • Coordinate with related parties to ensure all work carried out smoothly.

  • Report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to Project Manager.

  • Prepare site daily, weekly and monthly report, Inspection forms for submission and record.

  • Receive, Inspect and verify materials which are delivered at site.

  • Assist the Project Manager in carrying out supervision and inspection of work at site.

  • Ensuring Safety measures are implemented at site.

  • Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.

Requirement

  • Preferred 2 years site supervising experience in interior works.

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

  • Posses own transport and willing to travel.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.

  • Able to work independently.
